Join us for the Grand Opening + Community Celebration for Green Line Performing Arts Center, the most recent addition to the Arts Block along the historic Garfield Boulevard, providing a vital new theater venue and production space supporting resident companies and collaborators in the Washington Park neighborhood and across the South Side. Green Line’s education programs will advance efforts to diversify the design and technical fields in Chicago’s professional theater communities.

Enjoy live performances, Arts Block tours, exhibitions, local vendors, DJ sets, food, and family activities. This event is free and open to the public.
